So, apparently it's the cookies season for these little racketeers. Every year they pimp their parents out to sell these damn things for their kids.
It used to be that the money would help the girls go on little "field trips" and buy needed equipment for the girls to complete projects. Well, no more my friends!
The Girl Scout organization has morphed into a huge, multi national corporation with two goals in mind. Keep you addicted to these little sugar laden crack chunks that they sell as "cookies", and to crush your soul!
Much the the evil Disney corporation that releases their movies as "Limited Editions" only released every 10 years to help insure that you buy them at a premium price "So your child can experience the Disney magic", the Girl Scouts print "The Girl Scout program is good for your community" on every box to trick you into thinking that you are helping out.
The only thing you are helping out is their pocket! $4.00 for a box of cookies? Hogwash!
So, to the Girl Scouts, you have my $16.00 that I paid for 4 boxes of cookies, but THIS time I promise, when those cookies are back in 11 months and 17 days, I WILL NOT BUY!!!!
But, for now, I need to go to the grocery store, those 4 boxes are almost gone...
