I usually don't relate to things I find on the internet, but this, I do. I saw it and realized, that, sometimes we all just need to take a random day off to regroup and chill out a little bit, a mental health day.
So, as I try and chill out on MY mental health day, I propose this. Pick a random day during the month of December (Remember, the holidays are upon us!) And just relax for a day. You'll feel better.
